The determination of the terms of use of the services that the site newcult.gr provides, becomes with the present. Specifically: This website newcult.gr is owned by the limited liability company under the name «NEW CULT LTD” based in Glyfada Attica Greece, in 22, Vouliagmenis Street, PC 16675 with VAT number EL 998 131 322, Glyfada’s TAX offices, “G.E.Mi” (General Commercial Registry) 8314701000, contact telephone numbers +30 210 9601018-19. It is created to offer the best possible service to its customers and the availability of valuable products that merchandises. The conditions that apply for the use of this service, which each user accepts unconditionally by his registration, are as follows:

Terms and Conditions of Users / Members

Implicit condition for the participation of users / clients and registered members of newcult.gr at the services offered is the acceptance of the hereby mentioned terms of use and their full observance. It is fully agreed that newcult.gr reserves its inalienable right of the exclusion of a user or even his final delete if he violates any of the following conditions which are all considered essential. The legal framework regarding promotion, sale and purchase of products and services, as well as all the relationships between suppliers / vendors and users / buyers determine the provisions of the existing legislation about Consumer Protection (N.2251 / 1994 as it is currently in force with N.3587 / 2007). Note that the user / purchaser in accordance with the provision of Article 4 paragraph 10 of N.2251 / 1994, as it is today, has the right of unjustified withdrawal from the contract of sale of the product / service within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days. The user / purchaser in order to exercise his relevant right must, within the previous mentioned time limit from the checkout, to fill in the data of the example “Withdrawal” and send it fully completed to the fax the number +30 210 9601018 before the expiry of that period. At the same time within the above mentioned time limit should at the expense of the buyer / user return the product to the facilities of newcult.gr. As return date is the date of delivery of the product by the user / purchaser in a transport company, a courier company or in other cases the delivery date of the product at our facilities. It is obvious that in order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the product should not have been used, not to have removed any marks of our company or third parties (“tags”, marking the manufacturer, stickers, etc.) that have the products on them and they are in excellent condition, as they were received without any damage or defect on their original packaging. After the expiry of the period of 14 calendar days, the buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal and newcult.gr has no longer any obligation to repay for the purchaser. The buyer shall upon receipt of the product to look for any defects. If a product is defective or newcult.gr has made a wrong delivery, then the buyer shall, within three working days to contact the newcult.gr and inform us about the defect or the mistake, as well as whether he wishes the cancellation of his order or to send the same or another product. In this case the buyer must return at newcult.gr the complete product and packaging, at the expense of newcult.gr and the return must be completed within 30 days from the receipt of the product.

Payment Method and Payment Procedure

• Newcult.gr accepts all credit cards Visa® and MasterCard®. During its operation may accept also other credit cards. For the security of the transactions of users / buyers, high level security systems are used, such as digital certificate encrypted with SSL 128-bit, check of the three-digit security code of the credit card (CVV), which guarantee to the buyer a safe environment of transactions. The billing process of the credit card and the payment of the offer / purchase will be made in the following way: The member / user – acquirer – expresses his interest for a product and after he has filled in the data of the receipt or the invoice as well as the addresses of billing and delivery, he is transferred to the site ep .eurocommerce.gr of the bank Eurobank, who is protected by encryption SSL 128-bit and provides there the data of his credit card. The user’s credit card information is not stored in the systems of newcult.gr, having as a result to have to reintroduce them for any new endeavor. The user undertakes and warrants by the introduction of credit card details, he has a legal right to use it and authorizes the commitment of the purchase price when and if it is completed.
• Only for Greece, you can also order our products by the system of COD. In this case, we send the order and you must pay the corresponding price (and any agreed expenses eg transportation costs) against the receipt of the product by our employee or the carrier of our choice.

Products’ Delivery / Shipping costs

Immediately after the above mentioned valid order completion or after the successful pre-authorization of the credit card of the purchaser or having been informed by him for the deposit of the money in the bank account, starts the process of preparing the order.

Newcult.gr will take all necessary measures for the immediate shipment of each order.

Our e-shop can make deliveries to the countries: Greece, Cyprus, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, France, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Czech Republic, and Finland.

Regarding shipments to Greece, as an indication, is delivered to the purchaser via courier within 2-3 days for the region of Attica, within 3-5 days to prefectural capitals and within 5-8 days in any other case.

There is also the possibility for the customers to receive their orders themselves from our store, Metaxa 11, Glyfada, Athens, Greece. Regarding Cyprus, shipments will be made by ACS Courier within 4-5 working days,.

Regarding big cities of the European Union, the shipment will be made by DHL Express within one working day. For smaller cities or villages of the European Union, possibly the delivery time will be modified a little, according to the accessibility of the delivery place.

For the rest places, the delivery will be made by DHL Express and the time will be calculated, according to the destination.

These deadlines are indicative and newcult.gr has no responsibility for any delays due to force majeure or events which can not affect. If for any reason newcult.gr predicts that there will be a significant delay, must come in contact with the buyer to inform him.

Regarding Greece, shipping costs, are 2.50 euros via Speedex courier and acs courier, 2,00 euros via Box Now and 2,20 euros via Skroutz Last Mile that charged to the client. Free shipping costs for orders over 69 € only for Greece. Cod is two (2) euros and ninety (90) cents and charged to the client at any case. 

Regarding Cyprus, shipping costs, are eleven (8) euros and ninety (90) cents and charged to the client. The customer should be informed by newcult.gr about the exact shipping costs before sending the order. There is no C.O.D. payment service.

Regarding the shipping costs for, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, France, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Czech Republic and Finland are eighteen euros and ninety cents (19,90€). The cost might change due to large weight or volume of the order. In these cases the client will be informed by newcult.gr for the exact shipping costs, before the dispatch of the order.

For the countries outside the European Union, apart of the shipping costs might arise costs for taxes, duties etc. by the competent authorities. Newcult.gr cannot control those charges, nor inform the clients. Customers bear those possible expenses.

Rights of Industrial and Intellectual Property

The copyright of this site belong to the company «NEW CULT LTD”. The republishing, the reproduction, full, partial or summary or paraphrase or adapt the content of the site by any means electronic, mechanical or photocopying, without prior written permission, are prohibited. Indicative and without limitation, are the intellectual property of the company, the title of this online site web, the images, the logo, the badges, the software and any database can be used by the Company for the operation of this page, the texts, the graphics, the visual presentation, the layout of the website, the sounds used etc . In any event, and with prejudice to the above, the member / user has the right to inform third parties (notably through e-mail, facebook, twitter etc) for products available through the website. Further states that much of the content of the site is owned by the suppliers and used with their permission. Therefore it does not provide users the right to copy, modify or republish the information contained in newcult.gr, unless it has previously given written permission of newcult.gr or its respective suppliers.

Newcult.gr has no responsibility for any relationships of the users / customers with third parties who may be advertised in newcult.gr. Pricing Policy – Web Price

Our physical stores follows a separate pricing policy and, therefore, prices may differ from the eshop newcult.gr. Web Price does not apply to purchases made at the physical store and cannot be requested or matched outside the e-shop, unless explicitly stated otherwise.  The company reserves the right to modify online prices, offers, and product availability at any time without prior notice.

Applicable Law

This Agreement as well as any contractual or non-contractual relationship between newcult.gr and its members / users / customers is governed by Greek law, while competent courts for the jurisdiction in any dispute are only the courts of the city of Athens.
