New Cult Ltd. is a continuously developing Greek company in the fields of clothing, footwear and accessories.

New Cult is activated in the wholesale, retail sale and in e-commerce.

Regarding wholesale, New Cult represents exclusively in Greece international brands such as: Khujo, Dstrezzed, Majestic, Chunk, Diamond Supply, Staple Pigeon, The Hundreds, Nolita, Gazzarrini και Smithy’s.

In the retail field, New Cult has a network of three retail stores in Glyfada, Athens, Greece and an growing online retail store, all with many famous brands.

Our manifesto as a company: At New Cult we believe in freedom. We believe that in order to feel free you have to be able to express that freedom. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• Experience in a similar position.

• Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing.

• Excellent knowledge and experience in Google Adwords and Facebook Ads

• Excellent knowledge of organizing and handling Social Media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, You tube, Snapchat, Pinterest etc)

• Excellent knowledge of the English language (knowledge of additional foreign languages will be considered an advantage).

• Excellent PC knowledge

• Knowledge of Google Analytics

• Ability to communicate and organize.

• Experience in public relations and customer service.

• Affiliate marketing (communication strategy)

• E-mail marketing (communication strategy)

• Multi-channel development & proposals for new and creative growth strategies

SECRETARY SUPPORT OF THE CENTRAL OFFICES

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• Experience in a similar position.

• Excellent communication skills in both speaking and writing
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Very good knowledge of the clothing and footwear market and clientele.
• Excellent public relations and customer service.
• Flexibility in working hours and business trips will be required.
• Organizational – Self-motivated
• Excellent written and oral knowledge of the English language (knowledge of additional foreign languages will be considered a plus).
• Necessary knowledge of PC and Social Media using (Facebook, Instagram)
• Ability in completing tasks successfully and achieving goals.

STORE MANAGER

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• • Experience of at least 3 years in a similar position.
  • Excellent communication skills, human resources management and organization.
  • Verification of the proper operation of the stores and following all planned procedures.

(Checking availability, order-picking, proper storage of goods. / Guides and inspires the employees to increase sales and profitability of the stores. / Staff education. Management of relations between the staff.)

Formed New Cult’s beloved colleague, Mandy Foudoulaki, said about us:

Today, for me, a chapter in the book called life has closed, but the bookmark will remain forever on these pages.
One and a half years ago I got a job at a store that I admired and was shopping, as a teenager. At the most important streetwear shop, if not in Athens, then definitely in the South suburbs, at NewCult.

NewCult for me, since my 14th, was my door for skate and surf culture, cultures I still love and I will always have in my heart.
I would like to say a big thank you to Giorgos Fotiou and Ageliki Fotiou for believing in me and my potentials and they have made me a member of the family that they have built by working hard, but most important with love.

I would also like to say a personal thank you to Ermina who was the best manager I could have.
Finally, I would like to thank all the children who made me feel familiar from day one and with them I laughed and cried (from the laughter). I love you all!
