At newcult.gr you can pay for your order in the following ways:

• Greece

1. Cash payment to the courier (cash on delivery), at a cost of €2.90.

2. Payment by card through Eurobank’s securing system, without any charge.

3. Payment by PayPal, without any additional charge.

4. Payment by bank deposit, no extra charge.

5. Payment in 3 interest-free installments via Klarna, with no additional charge.

6. Payment in Apple Pay & Google Pay.

Note: As a reason for the payment, you should fill in the order number and your name, so the necessary identification can be done by our accounting department.

Shipping

Once you have successfully completed and submitted your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us. The products you have chosen are checked in quality control, packed and delivered to the courier that will undertake the distribution. The processing time of your order can be from 2 to 6 working days, depending on the address you have provided. As soon as your package is given to the courier company, you will be informed about it.

Regarding the shipping costs that may be added to your order upon completion, you can be informed in detail below:

• Greece

For Greece, we are working with 4 companies, for your best service. Parcels are dispatched by us on the same or the next working day at the latest. Newcult.gr is not responsible for any delays due to force majeure or events beyond its control.

• With Speedex courier, shipping costs are €2.99 and for orders over €69, it is FREE.
• With BOX NOW, shipping costs are €2.70. For orders from €69, it's FREE. (Cash on delivery is not supported).
• With Skroutz Last Mile Lockers, shipping costs are €2.60. For orders over €69, it's FREE. (Cash on delivery is not supported).
• With Acs courier, shipping costs are €2.99 and for orders over €69, it is FREE.

• Cyprus

For Cyprus, we are working exclusively with ACS courier. Shipping costs are €8.90 for parcels up to 2kg. For each subsequent kilo, it is €1 extra. (Cash on delivery is not supported).

• Europe

For Europe, shipments are made by DHL courier and delivered within 6 working days. The cost amounts to €24.90 for European Union countries. (Cash on delivery is not supported).

Important note

You can pick up also from our stores completely FREE of charge, during the hours and days our stores are working, as long as you have of course informed us. (Cash on delivery is not supported).
