Return Policy

1. Replacement with other size / color or code

Please contact us in any way that is convenient for you to inform us of your request and indicate the product you want to change as well as the new product you want to receive. The new product must be an equal or in a bigger value than the one you wish to change. Contact us must be made within 14 days from the day you received your order.

Greece

Please return the product to the following address: Metaxa 9, ZIP code 16675, Glyfada, using either Speedex Courier or ACS Courier and select "receiver pays the charges." If the parcel is sent with any other courier, the shipping cost will be fully charged to the customer. Inside the parcel, you will find the relevant return/exchange form, which must be completed before the parcel is shipped. Once we receive the product and it is checked by the appropriate department, we will send you the new product FREE of charge. For any subsequent exchanges, there is a fee of 5 euros.

Cyprus

Please package and deliver the product with any courier of your choice, selecting "sender pays the charges" (i.e., at your own expense). The return address is: New Cult, Metaxa 9, ZIP code 16675, Glyfada. Inside the parcel, you will find the relevant return/exchange form, which must be completed before shipping the parcel. Once we receive the product and it is checked by the appropriate department, we will send you the new product at a cost of 8.90 euros. (This amount must be transferred to the company's bank account).

Europe

You have to pack and deliver the product to us by any courier you wish and you have to choose "sender pays the charges" (i.e., at your own expense). The return address is: New Cult, Metaxa 9, ZIP code 16675, Glyfada. Inside the parcel, you will find the relevant return/exchange form, which must be completed before shipping the parcel. Once we receive the product and it is checked by the appropriate department, we will send you the new product at a cost of 8.90 euros. (This amount must be transferred to the company's bank account).

2. Refund

If you do not wish to replace the product with another code from our collection, of course you have the option of requesting a refund. Accordingly, you contact us in any way convenient for you to inform us of your request. The communication with us must have taken place within 14 days from the day you received your order.

You have to pack and deliver the product to us with Speedex courier and you should choose a recipient charge. If the parcel is sent by any other courier, the charge is borne exclusively by the customer. The return address is: New Cult, Metaxa 9, TK. 16675, Glyfada. Inside the parcel, you will find the relevant exchange/return form, which you must fill out before the parcel is dispatched. Once we will receive your return, we will process the refund (removing 3 euros – delivery cost), which will be completed within 14 working days of that time. The refund is only for the value of the product being returned (not any shipping costs).

Cyprus

You have to pack and deliver the product to us by any courier you wish and choose a sender's fee (ie yours). The return address is: New Cult, Metaxa 9, TK. 16675, Glyfada. Inside the parcel, you will find the relevant exchange/return form, which you must fill out before the parcel is dispatched. Once we will receive your return, we will process the refund, which will be completed within 14 working days of that time. The refund is only for the value of the product (not any shipping costs).

Clarification:

Changes and returns cannot be made in the following cases:

• If the product is not in its original condition (has been worn / washed or its tags have been removed).

• If the product is an item of personal hygiene (underwear – swimwear).
